In order to offer you this guarantee you must meet the following requirements.
Crash is defined as -Your server is down for a period of time that exceeds your warranty service level agreement. Example: Your server has a 24x7 4 hour response warranty. If your server is down for more than 4 hours we would say it has crashed. If your warranty is Next Business Day then the timeline for us would be "same time -Next Business Day".
Of course daily backups are critical if you are going to want your data back after the crash. It is your responsibility to maintain the warranty on your server and to confirm your daily backups are functioning properly. TCS cannot be responsible for the loss of your data.
