Real-Time Reporting and why it is essential:
Some IT service providers make promises about how they are managing your network and working hard to protect you, and yet they do not have a way to report back to you on what they are doing and if it is proving to be effective. At TCS one of our core principal’s is integrity, and we think that being accountable to our clients demonstrates integrity. Every Month we send an executive summary to our clients scoring us on how we have done with managing their network. An example of that report can be seen by clicking on the link above. We show you things like disk drive capacity, patches installed, network availability, backups run vs. backups completed successfully.
TCS clients can connect to our portal and run reports on the status of their open tickets in our system, recently closed tickets and they can even search a knowledge base of their prior tickets if a similar problem appears and they want to look up how it was fixed.
TCS wants you to know that we are doing what we say were are and we have the reports to prove it.
