Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Update\Install client proprietary software on workstations following best practices of TCS
  • Set up client hardware to meet their satisfaction; workstations\laptops\cell phones
  • Pick up computer parts as needed from a local provider
  • Assist another team members
  • Inventory
  • Critically think through and troubleshoot computer issues
  • Basic printer\copier\scanner troubleshooting

 Minimum Requirements 

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in Information Technology and\or technical certification(s)
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows 10, etc.)
