To Review the Status of an Existing Service Ticket:
- Connect to our Web Portal
- Log in with your e-mail address
- Based on your security settings you will be able to view your service tickets or add a new service ticket.
If you do not have a password, please see the steps below to get access to the Portal.
To get a username and a password so that you can access the Portal:
Please e-mail email@example.com and include the following:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your E-mail Address
- Company Name
- Portal Account Request should be the subject of your e-mail
- Your password for the portal will be e-mailed directly to you
